In the deserts of the Arabian Peninsula, Mandi was traditionally a dish for weddings and great celebrations. The star of such feasts was invariably the Mutton Manthi. At Alrazi, we bring this royal banquet to your plate.

Sourcing the Best

A great Mutton Manthi starts long before the cooking begins. We are extremely particular about our sourcing. We use only young goat meat, which ensures a texture that is buttery and soft, never chewy. We believe that premium ingredients are the half the battle won.

The "Dum" Technique

Our Mutton Manthi is prepared using the 'Dum' style of cooking. The meat is sealed in heavy-bottomed vessels with our signature aromatic rice. This sealed environment traps the steam and flavors, allowing the meat to cook in its own juices. The pressure softens the fibers of the mutton, turning it into a delicacy that melts in your mouth.

Served with our spicy 'Salata' (tomato salsa) and mild yogurt dip, the Alrazi Mutton Manthi is a complex symphony of flavors—rich, earthy, and satisfying.
